As the business continues to grow, a rare opportunity has been created for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of two locations in a newly created Store Director position. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply running a store. You'll have the autonomy to influence performance, develop an incredible team, build a strong local community and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to how the stores evolve.

The Role |

As Store Director, you'll lead a team of 10 , partnering with your Assistant Managers to drive commercial performance, customer experience and operational excellence. You'll be given the freedom to think creatively, challenge the status quo and identify new opportunities to grow the business both in-store and within the local community.

You will be responsible for:

- Driving sales, profitability and key retail performance metrics
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 10 employees
- Creating an engaging, elevated and memorable customer experience
- Building a high-performing culture centred around accountability, collaboration and development
- Identifying commercial opportunities and implementing strategies to drive growth
- Partnering with marketing on local campaigns, events, social content and promotions
- Building relationships with loyal customers and growing the brand's local community
- Overseeing operations across two locations,



ensuring consistency and high standards
- Bringing fresh ideas to improve the customer journey, team experience and overall business performance

The Skillset | We're looking for an experienced, commercially savvy and entrepreneurial retail leader who is ready for greater ownership and influence.

You may already be managing multiple locations, or you could be a high-performing Store Manager ready to take that next step.

You will bring:

- Strong Store Manager or Multi-Site Management experience
- Experience leading and developing teams of 8–10
- A proven track record of driving sales, KPIs and profitability
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence interpreting retail performance
- A genuine passion for fashion, trends and customer experience
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
- Strong coaching and people development capability
- An engaging, approachable and influential leadership style
- A passion for sustainability and more conscious retail
- The ability to build meaningful relationships within your local community
