About the role About the Role As Store Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of one of our established and successful retail stores, creating an workplace where customers receive trusted advice, outstanding service, and practical solutions for all their pool and spa needs. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team, build genuine relationships with customers,



coach and develop your people, and take ownership of your store's performance. You'll play an important role in growing the business while supporting our expanding mobile pool care services and maintaining WA Pool Warehouse's reputation for expert advice and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Create a positive, high-performing culture built on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted local pool expert.
- Provide practical pool care advice, including water testing and product recommendations.
- Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance through outstanding customer service.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation, inventory management and store operations.
- Support and promote our mobile pool servicing and equipment installation services.
- Work closely with our service technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Recruit, train and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure a safe, organised and well-presented store environment.

About You

- Previous retail leadership,



Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities.
- A hands-on, positive and solutions-focused attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales and team performance.
- A willingness to learn, grow and build your career within the pool industry.

Highly Regarded

Experience within the pool and spa industry. Pool servicing or maintenance experience. Water testing or pool chemistry knowledge. Technical knowledge of pool equipment and systems.
