We are seeking a Store Person to join our team at our Norseman Gold Operations in Western Australia. This is a full time position based on site operating on a 15/13 roster. As a Store Person, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management, organisation and distribution of inventory across our operations. This position is fundamental to maintaining operational continuity.

What you'll be doing

- Receiving, inspecting and documenting incoming goods and materials

- Organising and storing inventory in designated locations to maximise warehouse space and accessibility

- Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with inventory counts and audits

- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch in a timely manner

- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, safely and efficiently

- Monitoring stock levels and communicating potential shortages to management

- Maintaining a clean, safe and well organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Loading and unloading vehicles and ensuring goods are secured appropriately for transport

- Following established procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Experience and Qualifications

- 2 + years proven experience as a Store Person,



warehouse officer or in a similar inventory management role

- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts (current forklift license is mandatory)

- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and stock management

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment

- Physical capability to lift and handle goods regularly

- Commitment to health and safety compliance and best practices

- Experience using Pronto ERP

- Current driver's licence
