Peak Shape is Albury-Wodonga's best small group studio built for men and women 40+ who are ready to live their potential through exercise, nutrition, mindset and naturopathy. We're not another gym chasing memberships. We're a transformation studio, and we're growing.

We're looking for a salesperson who's ready to combine real sales skill with a genuine belief in health and fitness helping people who are finally ready to bet on themselves. This isn't cold calling strangers or standing on a street corner with a wobbly board. Every lead you speak to already wants what we do. Your job is to help them say yes to themselves.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Full time, based in Albury-Wodonga or based remotely

- Convert warm and paid leads into Peak Shape memberships and transformation programs

- Own your pipeline from first contact through to signed member

- Run structured discovery calls that get to what's really holding a 40+ client back

- Work from a proven script and objection-handling framework refined, not rigid

- Touch base regularly with members you've sold to and hear their wins, first-hand

- All training provided script, objection handling, live call examples, ongoing coaching from Nathan the owner

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Emotionally aware you read people, you don't just pitch them

- Mission and vision led you need to believe in what we do,



not just hit a number

- Competitive, but coachable you want to win, and you want to get better

- A proven, values-based, service-based sales background you've sold something people needed to trust before they bought

- A background in, or genuine interest in, fitness and health highly regarded

- Comfortable with structure and daily reps scripts and standards are a runway, not a cage
