What you'll be doing
- High-level secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, meetings, deadlines and client communications
- Maintaining matter files and assisting with billing and time recording
- Supporting lawyers with the day-to-day running of their matters
What you'll bring
- 2–3+ years' Legal Secretary experience within a law firm (any practice area)
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing competing priorities
- A professional, client-focused approach
