Urathane Solutions is looking for a reliable, hard-working Labourer to join our Adelaide team.

This is a hands-on, physical role working alongside experienced technicians on residential and commercial sites across Adelaide. You don’t need to have years of experience behind you. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to work, learn and build a future with the company.

For the right person, this is more than just a labouring job. You’ll learn a specialised skills and with a pathway to progress into a Technician role over time.

What you'll be doing

You’ll work closely with our experienced technicians and supervisors, helping deliver specialist ground stabilisation and structural repair works.

Your day-to-day work will include:

- General labouring and site preparation

- Setting up and packing down work areas

- Moving materials, equipment and tools

- Assisting technicians with urethane injection works

- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment

- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

- Working around residential and commercial properties

- Learning specialist techniques and equipment as you progress

This is physical, hands-on work. You’ll be on your feet, working outdoors and occasionally working in confined or difficult areas. If you enjoy being active and would rather be in office than behind a desk, you’ll enjoy this role.

You must have :

- Current Driver’s Licence

- White Card

- The right to work in Australia

Experience

Experience is not essential .

We’d be particularly interested in people who have:

- Previous labouring or construction experience

- Experience using hand tools or basic equipment

- Worked in construction, landscaping, concreting, earthworks or a similar hands-on industry

- A genuine interest in learning a specialised trade
