Dozer Operator (D10/D11) | Rio Tinto Brockman 4 | ASAP Start

We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused D10/D11 Dozer Operators for an ASAP start at Rio Tinto's Brockman 4 mine site in the Pilbara.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading mining operation on an 8:6 / 7:7 roster, working a mix of day and night shifts. Successful candidates will be offered an initial 6-month assignment with potential to extend.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of CAT D10 and D11 Dozers across site production activities. You will play a key role in supporting mining operations while maintaining Rio Tinto's high standards for safety, productivity and equipment care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven production mining experience operating CAT D10 and/or D11 Dozers




- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work a rotating roster of days and nights
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Rio Tinto site experience or inductions highly regarded
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
