Practice Manager (Insurance Recoveries)

We are looking for a commercially astute, proactive and organized legal administrator to work with our Insurance Recoveries team. This role will involve opening files, general legal administrative duties, preparing bills and managing the monthly reporting processes. You will also be involved in business analysis and development.

This role will be part-time, 25-30 hours a week, either hybrid or fully remote (after onboarding).

WHAT YOU BRING

- You will be a team player who is highly organised and motivated, with a collaborative work ethic.
- Experience as a legal administrative assistant, paralegal, insurance claims officer or similar.
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactivity and being able to think outside the box
