About the Position
Due to growth our client is seeking to appoint a Sales Associate to join their B2B investment business unit. Working in a high performing dynamic team you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining stock lists and investment portals
- Servicing and building relationships with external selling partners
- Process EOIs and issue new home quotations through the CRM
- Track sales process and administration
- Coordinate house and land package pricing including site costs and pricing
- Correctly allocate house and land and townhouse stock
- Manage Salesforce and CRMs
The successful candidate
Our ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a sales support based or sales coordinator based role
- Degree or Diploma qualified in Real Estate, Property or Business or Real Estate Certificate preferred
- Able to follow systems and processes and work in a high volume environment
- Self motivated, high achiever
- Exceptional presentation and professionalism
- Goal orientated, able to work to KPIs
- Service orientated with excellent relationship skills
