Reporting directly to the owners and working alongside a small team, this role will suit an experienced farm hand who enjoys machinery operation, takes pride in their work and can work independently when required.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Operate and maintain modern John Deere machinery including tractors, spray rigs and associated broadacre equipment.
- Assist with sowing, spraying, irrigation activities, cotton production and harvest operations.
- Undertake general mechanical repairs, servicing and property maintenance tasks.
- Support cattle operations and contribute to the day-to-day running of the farm.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in broadacre and/or cotton farming with strong machinery operation skills.
- Sound mechanical aptitude with the ability to carry out routine maintenance and repairs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute positively within a small team.
- Current driver's licence, own vehicle and a genuine commitment to long-term employment.
