We're looking for a Practice Manager to join our team on the Northcote High St. You'll lead our administrative team to create an exceptional client experience, optimise the way our clinic operates and work closely with our leadership team to take ideas from concept through to implementation. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the business, giving our Director the space to focus on growth, strategy, development and advocacy.

Bodyfit Physio is a thriving physiotherapy company that has been part of the local community for 20 years. Our stylish clinic is located on Northcote High St, and we enjoy creating a workplace that is both professional and fun - including fortnightly team lunches and monthly team drinks.

We have a particular interest in Hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Dysautonomia, with these communities making up around a third of our clientele. There is still a significant need for better support in this area of healthcare, and we love being able to help people who have sometimes struggled to find the right care make meaningful changes in their lives. Many of our clients live locally. They are friendly and respectful. They are proactive, socially and environmentally conscious and have realistic expectations.

Your opportunity:

Client experience: Your team represents our clinic, setting the tone for the entire client experience. Our clients appreciate the warmth we bring to their care, and you'll play an important role in helping us continually improve that experience. Spending some time as part of the reception team will help you to understand how to optimise our front of house experience.

Systems and improvement: We are proud of our systems and are always looking for ways to make them better. You'll work with the leadership team to identify opportunities, develop ideas and take projects from concept through to implementation and follow-through.

Community and connection: Support the leadership team to build Bodyfit Physio's presence and connections with the local community, including hypermobility and paediatric practitioners and other relevant communities. We are also embarking on a new project to facilitate a network of hypermobility practitioners across Melbourne, and your role will have the prospect to contribute to its development.

Finance: You will be supported to build the skills to manage the clinics established financial systems

About you:

- Positive,



enthusiastic and solutions-focused with a genuine enjoyment of problem-solving

- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of the moment

- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing

- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with confidence learning and using a wide range of online systems and tools, such as Xero, ClickUp and Nookal. Experience is not essential, but highly regarded.

- Proactive and collaborative, with the initiative to work independently while knowing when to bring others in

- A natural leader and team player, who is happy to roll up their sleeves and pitch in when needed

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the resilience and flexibility to switch between priorities

Our lovely admin team is easy to lead, and your management role will be yours to develop.
