We're looking for a proactive and organised Service Scheduler to join our Operations Team at our Head Office based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. This is a key role within our daily operations, focused on job scheduling, maintaining a high-level of customer service, and providing ongoing support to our technicians.

About the Role

This position is an addition to our established Operations Team, the backbone of our day-to-day operations and central hub of the business. Our team is dynamic and fast-paced. They are responsible for efficiently coordinating daily service schedules to our technicians, ensuring workflows run seamlessly, customers receive a high level of service and that all service administrative tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard. It's all about team work!

This role will have a range of responsibilities, combining scheduling, customer service and administrative tasks. You will play an integral part in connecting the office with our technicians in the field, ensuring clear communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional service and communication to high-value commercial and residential clients

- Receive, interpret and schedule detailed incoming work requests through our job management software

- Prioritising high-volume incoming work to ensure KPIs are being met

- Monitor and update internal systems and client portals with real-time updates

- Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries

- Proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and delays using critical thinking

- Providing ongoing assistance to our technicians with job coordination

- Providing administrative support with Operations workflow

- Communicate effectively within the Operations Team - it's all team effort here!

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication (written & verbal) with great interpersonal skills

- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities

- A proactive, positive attitude with strong customer service orientation

- High-level of computer literacy and comfort with technology

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make smart, fast decisions in real time

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, fun and collaborative team!

Highly Regarded

- Proven experience in a fast-paced service coordination or scheduling role (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC or Facilities Management industries are an advantage)

- Experience with SimPRO or other service management software is highly regarded
