About the role

Our Campaigns and Events Team delivers National and State Peer to Peer Campaigns, Third Party Beneficiaries, Fundraising Events, Community Fundraising and Community Engagement across Queensland.

In this position, you will have responsibility for delivery of fundraising campaigns such as Ponytail Chop, developing and implementing fundraising tactics, and leading internal stakeholders and working groups to ensure fundraising targets are met.

This role is a Permanent Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).

About you

To be successful in this role you will bring

- Significant experience in a similar role in a charitable organisation
- Qualifications such as Certificate in Fundraising or CFRE are very highly regarded
- Ability to positively lead, motivate and encourage teams, supporters, and volunteers, adopting a highly agile, problem-solving attitude
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to easily build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
