About the Role

As a Parts Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Department, Trade Customers, and Retail Customers by identifying, sourcing, and selling genuine Toyota parts and accessories.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with parts enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts and accessories efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and fleet customers
- Processing sales transactions and preparing quotations
- Receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels
- Participating in stocktakes and inventory control activities
- Working closely with the Service Department to ensure workshop requirements are met
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a customer service role (preferred)




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn dealership systems
- A current driver's licence

Highly Regarded

- Experience with Toyota parts systems or electronic parts catalogues
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Previous dealership experience
