Team9 Management is seeking an experienced, creative and highly organised Marketing & Media Coordinator to manage content and marketing activities across several businesses and media platforms.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the Tunnel Vision Podcast, as well as the marketing requirements of our other business's and our associated renewable energy operations.

We are looking for someone who can confidently coordinate the marketing function, create engaging content and ensure each of our brands maintains a professional and consistent presence. You will be equally comfortable planning a content calendar, coordinating a podcast guest, writing a LinkedIn post, updating a website, preparing a capability document or travelling to a renewable energy project to capture photography and video.

Based at our Adelaide Head Office in Kent Town, this is the opportunity to work across podcast production, social media, renewable energy, construction, corporate marketing and digital content.

About the role

This role will be responsible for planning, creating and coordinating marketing and media content across the Team9 group of businesses.

A major part of the position will be supporting the ongoing production and growth of the Tunnel Vision Podcast. You will coordinate guests, recordings, content delivery, YouTube publishing and promotional material while providing practical day-to-day support to the podcast host.

You will also be supporting the marketing content across our renewable energy operations, including social media, project photography and video and website updates.

This role requires someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities and take a project from the initial idea through to publication.

Key responsibilities
Tunnel Vision Podcast

- Plan and coordinate podcast episodes and recording schedules.

- Research potential topics and suitable podcast guests.

- Coordinate guest invitations, availability, communications and follow-ups.

- Prepare episode briefs, schedules and supporting information for the host.

- Coordinate podcast recording, production and post-production requirements.





- Edit podcast and video content or coordinate external editors where required.

- Manage the Tunnel Vision YouTube channel, content calendar and publishing schedule.

- Upload and publish podcast episodes across relevant audio and digital platforms.

- Develop episode titles, descriptions, thumbnails and promotional content.

- Monitor YouTube performance, including views, audience retention, watch time and click-through rates.

- Manage podcast-related emails, enquiries and general administration.

Social media and content creation

- Develop and maintain content calendars across the group’s brands and platforms.

- Create, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels.

- Write engaging social media copy that reflects the voice and audience of each brand.

- Create graphics, short-form videos, project updates, employee features and company announcements.

- Monitor engagement and content performance and use these insights to improve future content.

- Respond to social media comments, messages and enquiries.

- Maintain organised photography, video, graphic and content libraries for each business.

Project photography and video

- Travel to construction project sites to capture photography and video.

- Document project milestones, construction progress, team achievements and community engagement activities.

- Interview employees, project leaders onsite.

- Create and edit video content for social media, recruitment, project updates and corporate use.

- Ensure all project content is captured safely and in accordance with site, client and confidentiality requirements.

Industry and corporate communications

- Prepare LinkedIn posts, project updates, media content,



company announcements and employee stories.

- Work with business leaders and project teams to identify suitable marketing and communication opportunities.

- Turn technical, construction and project information into clear and engaging content.

- Assist company leaders with professional communications and media content when required.

- Monitor relevant media and industry activity to identify appropriate content opportunities.

About you

We are looking for someone who is creative, capable and proactive, with the confidence to take responsibility for a broad range of marketing and media activities.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in marketing, digital media, content creation, communications or a similar role.

- Experience coordinating podcast, YouTube or long-form video content.

- Solid photography, video production and editing skills.

- Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt your writing across different brands and audiences.

- Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar design and editing platforms.

- The ability to develop and maintain content calendars and manage deadlines.

- Confidence communicating with podcast guests, business leaders, project teams, clients and external suppliers.

- The ability to work independently and follow projects through from planning to publication.

- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to regional and interstate project locations when required.
