About the Role
Are you looking for an organisation that values work-life balance, gives you the flexibility to manage your client load and schedule, and allows you to work in the community rather than being office-based all day? If so, we have a rewarding chance for you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people in the community.
Join our growing Allied Health team as an In-Home Massage Therapist, delivering personalised, client-centred care that supports clients to achieve their health, wellbeing, independence and lifestyle goals.
In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with clients, understand their individual needs, and deliver tailored massage treatments that promote comfort, wellbeing and positive health outcomes. You will enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule, plan your client visits, and work independently in the community while being supported by a collaborative Allied Health team.
At 3Bridges, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative Allied Health team where your expertise is valued, your professional growth is encouraged, and you can make a meaningful impact every day. Alongside a rewarding role, eligible employees can access benefits including salary packaging, novated leasing, discounted gym memberships, portable long service leave and ongoing professional development opportunities.
If you are passionate about supporting older people to live well in their community and want to be part of an organisation that invests in its people, we would love to hear from you.
