AOD Counsellor & Facilitator - Opportunities Across Melbourne

About the role
- Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualised treatment and support plans
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counselling to support recovery and emotional wellbeing
- Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds using a trauma-informed and person-centred approach
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to coordinate effective care and achieve positive outcomes
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, case notes, and reports in line with professional and organisational standards

What you will need
- Relevant qualifications in Counselling, Social Work, or related discipline
- Current professional registration and/or membership where applicable - AASW, ACA or PACFA
- Experience working within Counsellor, AOD, and/or Program Facilitation!
- Strong communication, rapport-building and report writing skills!
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
