About the role

Lucas Total Contract Solutions (Lucas TCS) is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Plant Operators and Civil Labourers to join our team for upcoming multiple renewable energy projects in South Australia. These landmark renewable energy developments will involve substantial Civil Balance of Plant (CBoP) works, including access roads, hardstands, drainage, trenching, and associated civil infrastructure.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced personnel for the following positions: (Preference will be given to all-round operators with multiple tickets and experience.)

Key experience

- Dozer Operators: Experience operating CAT D6 to D10 or equivalent, proven experience using Topcon GPS machine guidance systems, ability to work to design specifications and achieve quality earthworks outcomes

- Excavator Operators: Experience operating excavators up to 40 tonnes, final trim experience using Topcon GPS, bulk excavation experience, experience trenching to design for underground services

- Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) Operators: Experience operating ADTs in civil construction environments, ability to operate safely within restricted work areas and clearance zones, HC Truck License Preferred

- Scraper Operators: Experience operating 657 and/or 623 Scrapers for bulk earthworks

- Loader Operators: Experience operating CAT 980 loaders or equivalent, loading, stockpile management and general civil construction experience

- Civil Labourers: Previous civil construction experience,



strong understanding of stormwater pipe and culvert installation, ability to work across a range of civil construction activities

About you

- Demonstrated experience in civil construction, mining, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects

- Current Driver's Licence (minimum Class C) (HC Truck License Preferred)

- Ability to work a 14:7 DIDO roster

- Construction White Card (mandatory)

- Strong safety focus and commitment to quality workmanship

- Ability to pass National Police Clearance, Pre-employment Medical, and Drug and Alcohol Screening

- Previous wind farm or renewable energy project experience is desirable but not essential
