EMF Brisbane CBD is seeking a high-performing Club Manager to lead one of our flagship Tier 1 locations and drive results across people, sales, operations and member experience.

The Prospect

As Club Manager, you will be accountable for the overall success and performance of EMF Brisbane CBD, leading across revenue growth, membership sales, team performance, member retention, operational excellence and club culture.

Leadership & Culture

- Recruit, develop, coach and retain a high-performing team

- Build a winning culture driven by accountability, energy and high standards

- Lead from the front and set clear expectations around performance

- Motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and club targets

- Manage performance and accountability effectively

- Identify and develop future leaders within the team

Sales & Commercial Performance

- Drive membership sales, revenue and profitability

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets





- Build and maintain a strong sales culture

- Oversee lead management, follow-up and pipeline performance

- Monitor key sales and business KPIs

- Execute business plans focused on growth and profitability

- Drive membership growth, retention and debt management

- Monitor key performance indicators including NMM, attrition, retention and dishonours

- Identify opportunities to grow the club and maximise its position within the Brisbane CBD market

- Drive Group Fitness and Personal Training performance

Operations & Member Experience

- Deliver an exceptional member experience at every touchpoint

- Maintain outstanding club presentation, cleanliness and operational standards

- Ensure efficient day-to-day club operations

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry requirements

- Build strong relationships with members and the local community

- Resolve member and operational challenges quickly and professionally

- Maintain a consistently high standard across all areas of the club

- Take ownership of the overall day-to-day performance and presentation of the facility

About You

You are a commercially minded, people-focused and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You know how to lead teams, drive sales, lift standards and deliver strong business results without compromising culture or the member experience.

You are confident, organised and accountable, with the ambition to take ownership of a Tier 1 club and make a measurable impact.

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years' management experience,



preferably within the fitness industry

- Proven success leading teams and delivering performance outcomes

- Strong sales capability with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets

- Commercial mindset with an understanding of business KPIs and profitability

- Confidence managing performance, accountability and difficult conversations

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Genuine passion for health, fitness, leadership and people development

- Proactive approach with a constant focus on improving club performance

- Strong understanding of member experience and retention

- Current First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain

- Bluecard, or willingness to obtain
