About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the facility, including:
- Leading and mentoring department managers across clinical care, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and administration
- Driving operational performance, quality outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing financial performance, budgets and operational reporting
- Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and employee engagement
- Leading accreditation readiness, quality audits, risk management and governance activities
- Working closely with regional leadership to identify opportunities to improve the service and resident experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 3–5 years' senior leadership experience within residential aged care
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated success managing aged care service
- Strong understanding of AN-ACC, aged care legislation and accreditation requirements
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing high-performing leaders
- Financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Current Driver's License
