Where you’ll add value
As a Processing Officer in our Accounts Management team, this role plays an important part in supporting our members and frontline teams by processing a wide range of account, lending and transactional requests. You'll work across multiple brands and support day-to-day banking operations while delivering a high standard of service.

The position offers variety and exposure to many areas of banking operations. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external providers, and frontline colleagues to ensure member requests are completed accurately and efficiently.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:

- Process account maintenance requests and member transactions across a range of banking products
- Managing term deposit renewals and redemptions
- Respond to requests received through centralised phone queues and shared mailboxes
- Prepare, verify and maintain operational documentation and records
- Managing centralised mailboxes and phone queues
- Maintaining operational reports and completing general ledger reconciliations
- Contribute to the maintenance of process documentation and operating procedures
- Maintaining accurate records across core banking system
- Following operational procedures and ensuring regulatory requirements are met

What sets you up for success

- Previous experience within banking or financial services would be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Well-developed customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
- Good problem-solving capability
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- An understanding of the importance of risk management, compliance and operational controls
