Our Product Design team
The Luxury Escapes Product Design Team is a group of passionate experts who work closely together to craft exceptional experiences for our customers. We foster a highly collaborative workplace, emphasising mutual support, continuous learning, and having fun throughout the journey.
- We start each day with brief stand-ups to get everyone up to speed on ongoing projects
- We host weekly Design Forums for designers to showcase their work and get feedback from the whole design team
- We engage in regular customer testing and share insights with the rest of the business
- We do monthly team retros to acknowledge successes and explore areas for improvement.
What you'll do as part of the role
- Seek to understand user needs, and business goals and translate them into user-friendly solutions.
- Generate wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes that will be tested, validated and iterated upon.
- Effectively and clearly communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders with the ability to take on feedback and build from it.
- Validate and enhance your designs iteratively by conducting customer testing.
