Seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a For Purpose Organisation to provide financial analysis and insights and support decision-making. Description

- Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain driver-based financial models.
- Develop rolling forecasts and provide analysis on risks, opportunities and performance trends.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting, including commentary and variance analysis.
- Business partner with operational stakeholders, supporting decision-making, financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Build financial models, business cases and scenario analyses.
- Support pricing reviews, margin analysis, cost-to-serve assessments and commercial sustainability initiatives.




- Provide financial support for grant applications, acquittals and compliance reporting.
- Work closely with AP, AR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate financial inputs and reporting.

Profile

- CA or CPA qualified (essential).
- Strong background in FP&A;, management accounting or commercial finance.
- Experience leading budgets, forecasts and financial modelling.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability with SLT.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or other government-funded sectors would be highly regarded.

Job Offer

- Base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 + Super
- Permanent position in the not-for-profit sector.
