The Opportunity:

As Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Portfolio Director and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a major strategic account. This diverse role combines operations, finance, HR administration, reporting, and compliance responsibilities, helping to deliver efficient business processes and exceptional stakeholder support. Success in this role will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion when handling sensitive information, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:

- Coordinate business operations activities, including performance reporting, contract compliance monitoring, and tracking key operational metrics.
- Prepare and manage client reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality stakeholder communication.
- Support team operations through process coordination, communications, and continuous administrative support across the business.
- Assist with financial management activities, including invoicing, accounts receivable, fee escalations, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and P&L; reviews.
- Manage workforce reporting and labour cost allocations, helping maintain accurate headcount and resource planning data.
- Support end-to-end HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, payroll submissions, and HR compliance requirements.
- Coordinate performance management, remuneration reviews, engagement initiatives, KPI tracking, learning and development programs,



and mandatory training completion.
- Act as the HRIS Proxy Manager, maintaining employee records, processing approvals, validating payroll data, ensuring audit-ready documentation, and escalating compliance risks where required.

About you:

- Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
- Solid organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
- Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Genuine curiosity around process improvement, innovates and strives for best-in-class client and employee experience.
- Thrives in a delivery focused role, enjoys variety and exposure to multiple projects.
