Our Perth Head Office is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll execute campaigns driving growth, engagement, and revenue-ranging from launches to in-store activity and performance analysis

About the role

- Deliver ATL and BTL campaigns including radio, OOH, print, social media, SMS, eDM and in-store activity
- Work collaboratively with agencies, store teams and internal stakeholders
- Support retail store local area marketing initiatives and store-level growth opportunities
- Measure campaign performance against key monthly metrics and deliver post-campaign reports and actionable recommendations;
- Support national campaigns, store operations activities, and collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to drive growth and engagement. and;
- Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitor analysis to support data-driven decisions and optimise marketing tactics through testing and continuous improvement.

About you

- You will hold a tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing, or a similar field;
- Have 3-4 years marketing experience in a B2C marketing role
- Experience in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics,



and direct marketing platforms such as Hubspot, SMS Central,or similar;
- Demonstrated experience setting up, managing and optimising paid social campaign in Meta.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of core concepts including tagging, GTM, UTMs, and goal tracking;
- Practical experience with SharePoint and CMS platforms (e.g. Sitefinity, EPiServer), with the ability to learn new systems quickly; and
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomous
