We are looking for a hospitality professional to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a busy dining environment, working closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking orders and providing table service
- Serving food and introducing menu items when required
- Attending to guests and ensuring an excellent dining experience
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team
About you
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- Reliable, responsible and proactive
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
- Good English communication skills
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Experience in Japanese dining, yakiniku or premium restaurants is highly regarded
- Candidates looking for stable, long-term work are preferred
