The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused ANZ Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tuggerah.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring customer enquiries, orders, warranties and account-related matters are managed accurately and efficiently. You'll play an important role in supporting customer satisfaction, customer retention and business performance.

Working closely with our Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, Product & Marketing and international teams, you'll help deliver a seamless customer experience while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

What You'll Do

- You'll become a product expert, work closely with multiple teams across the business and play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers.

- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and online enquiries

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, issues and concerns

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfilment

- Support warranty claims, returns and credit administration activities

- Provide technical product information and guidance to customers and consumers

- Build positive relationships with customers, consumers, sales teams and key stakeholders

- Assist with administrative tasks including documentation, invoicing, credits and customer records

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and customer service best practices





- Participate in team meetings and collaborate across departments to achieve shared outcomes

About You

You don't need to tick every box, but the following will help you succeed:

- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, order management or supply chain support role

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving

- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook

- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded

- Experience within the consumer goods, outdoor recreation or fishing industry is advantageous but not essential
