STE have an outstanding opportunity for a focused and energetic Hydraulic Fitter.
About the role:
- To install pumps and test hydraulic and pneumatic systems on trucks
- Use attention to detail to meet high quality standards
- Communicate effectively with management and the team.
- Pick and interpret relevant hydraulic and pneumatic parts.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge in Transport Hydraulics, including tipper controls, cab controls PTO’s and pumps is an advantage
- Experience within the hydraulic and fitting industry
- The ability to read and understand basic hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams are an advantage
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills are an advantage
- Accessory installation experience
- Solid work ethic, attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Safety conscious in all aspects, competent application of WHS practices
You must have:
- Driver’s License + own transport
- Steel capped boots
- Hi-vis shirt
- Own tools
Monday-Friday 6am-2.30pm + Overtime as required
After the initial probationary period a full time position will be offered to the right candidate.
