This varied role will see you supporting the day-to-day finance function. Reporting to the Management Accountant, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their finance career within a supportive manufacturing environment. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of finance functions while contributing to a business that manufactures products recognised both nationally and internationally.
Key responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Banking and reconciliations
- Payroll support
- Inventory and job costing assistance
- Month-end reporting support
- General finance administration
- Continuous improvement initiatives
About you
- Experience in an accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration role, or a Certificate III/IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or be working towards one)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded but is not essential
