The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity is available for an Insurance Litigation Lawyer at Associate level to join a highly regarded and growing general insurance practice in Sydney.

Working alongside experienced Principal and Senior Lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of complex insurance litigation matters, including:

- Public liability
- Product liability
- Professional liability
- General insurance disputes and litigation

You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters, work directly with clients and take genuine responsibility for progressing files from initial instructions through to resolution.

The role offers excellent exposure to sophisticated insurance work while allowing you to further develop your advocacy, strategic advice,



client management and practice management skills.

About You
You will ideally have:

- At least 3 years' post-admission experience in insurance litigation.
- Experience across general insurance, public liability, product liability and/or professional liability.
- Strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills.
- Confidence managing matters with a good level of autonomy.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- A commercial and practical approach to legal advice.
- A team-oriented attitude and genuine interest in developing your insurance practice.
