Chinatown Noodle Restaurant and Yo (premium tea and frozen yoghurt) are two fast casual dining concepts in one convenient location. We are seeking a Fast Food Kitchen and Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Marrickville. There is one full-time position.
You will be working BOH in a fast-paced kitchen team, preparing and assembling food items to the highest standards whilst maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety practices. You will also be overseeing the efficient running of FOH, which includes the tea and frozen yoghurt section.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the food outlet, supervising FOH and BOH staff and handling more complex tasks
- Preparing and cooking noodle dishes, rice dishes and other menu items according to recipes and established procedures
- Assembling and plating food items quickly and accurately to meet customer orders and maintain service flow
- Filling eat-in, takeaway and delivery orders
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to strict food hygiene and safety standards
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently in a high tech fully automated kitchen - including cooking bots, noodle maker, steamers, fryers
- Receiving and storing food ingredients appropriately, checking stock levels and reporting shortages
- Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service during peak times
- Following all food safety regulations and company policies to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety
- Responding to feedback and making adjustments to improve food and beverage quality and consistency

- Good communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Desire to work and lead in an exciting and fast-paced environment
- Ability to organise; work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and quality
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, professional attitude
- Kitchen leadership experience
