About the Company:

Our client is an established and growing real estate business based in North Melbourne looking to add a motivated Sales Associate to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident, personable and enjoys building relationships. Previous real estate experience is not essential, with candidates from other sales or customer-facing industries encouraged to apply.

About the Role:

Working closely with the sales team, you will play an active role in generating new business, managing buyers and supporting property campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, past clients and local community contacts
- Prospecting and generating recent appraisal and listing opportunities
- Assisting with market research, appraisals and listing presentations
- Supporting vendor relationships throughout the sales campaign
- Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining an up-to-date database of qualified buyers
- Matching buyers with suitable on-market, off-market and pre-market opportunities
- Conducting open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
- Following up inspection attendees and communicating buyer feedback
- Assisting with negotiations, contract progression and sales administration
- Attending and supporting auction campaigns, including buyer and bidder follow-up

This is a Monday to Saturday role with flexible working hours.

About You:

You will be someone who enjoys meeting new people,



building relationships and working towards clear goals.

We are looking for:

- Previous experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in prospecting and building new relationships
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- A qualified and well-presented manner
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- A current Victorian Estate Agent Representative Certificate, or the ability to meet the relevant licensing requirements
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Experience in real estate or with Box & Dice would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Ideally, you will live within approximately 40 minutes of the office.
