The Operations Group delivers frontline customer services to Victorians and the public service. It maintains the foundational digital infrastructure and platforms that support productive, secure and reliable service delivery.
About the Role
The Recruitment Adviser will manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across multiple departments and portfolios.
We're looking for someone with strong recruitment experience managing a high volume recruitment and bulk campaigns, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with hiring managers to provide end-to-end recruitment support and guidance.
- Manage recruitment workflows accurately and efficiently to support timely hiring outcomes.
- Provide expert recruitment advice and support, including training and assistance with recruitment processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to complex recruitment queries and requests.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and data in SAP SuccessFactors, while contributing to improved systems and processes.
About You
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong high volume end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience using HRIS or applicant tracking systems, Well-developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills to make sound judgements and ability to provide advice on processes, policies and best practice recruitment.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service in all recruitment activities, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder and candidate care.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver recruitment outcomes in a challenging and evolving environment.
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (RCM and EC Onboarding Modules) and Salesforce would be highly desirable.
