We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller to join a highly regarded and growing electrical building services consultancy based in the Perth Fringe

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Modeller to work across a diverse portfolio of technically complex and large-scale projects, collaborating closely with experienced engineers and industry professionals.

The consultancy has an established project portfolio across sectors including healthcare, transport and infrastructure, education, retail, multi-residential, aged care and commercial developments.

You will play an integral role in developing detailed electrical BIM models and documentation, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality projects from design through to documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models using Revit
- Produce coordinated 3D models covering power, lighting, earthing, communications and associated electrical systems
- Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to achieve effective BIM coordination
- Produce accurate electrical documentation and drawing packages
- Support engineers throughout the design and documentation process
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings, model reviews and clash detection
- Maintain high standards of model quality, accuracy and project documentation

About You




- Ideally 6+ years’ minimum experience as an Electrical Modeller within a building services consultancy
- Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
- Solid understanding of electrical building services design and documentation
- Experience working across large-scale or technically complex projects
- Good understanding of Australian Standards and relevant WA regulations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers and other disciplines
