2XM Recruit is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter with component experience, looking for stability and the flexibility to go home everynight, working in a well-equipped workshop.

About You: We’re specifically looking for a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter who:
- Has strong machining experience (manual machining highly regarded)
- Is confident working on precision components and fine tolerances
- Can read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Is a team player but can also work autonomously
- Is open to overtime when required
Requirements:
- Mechanical Trade Qualification (essential)
- Proven machining experience
- Forklift Licence (LF) – or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass a medical and police check
- Strong mechanical aptitude and reliability
