We're looking for an experienced sales plumber who can diagnose a fault, quote it accurately and get the job approved on site.

Monday to Friday, with no mandatory on-call roster. After-hours and Saturday work is available if you want to lift your earnings, but that's your call, not ours. Commission is paid monthly and it isn't capped.

The role

- Attend booked jobs across Sydney. Our office team answers the phones and fills your diary

- Diagnose faults properly and fix the cause, not the symptom

- Present clear options and let the customer decide. No scripts, no pressure selling

- Quote accurately and close on site

- Manage your jobs through ServiceM8

What you'll earn

- $45 to $55 per hour + 12% super, based on experience

- Monthly commission, uncapped. Starts at 3% and increases as your numbers grow

- $135,000 to $175,000 realistic OTE. Top performers earn above $200,000





The structure is straightforward. The more you sell, the higher your percentage goes, and there's no ceiling on it.

What we're looking for

- NSW plumbing preferred but not required, minimum of Cert III completed.

- Minimum 2 years experience of maintenance plumbing

- Residential maintenance background with proven sales experience. You've quoted in front of a customer and closed the work

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Confident, professional communication with homeowners

- Current driver's licence

- Your own hand tools and power tools

- Australian work rights
