We are seeking a car audio and accessory fitter to join our team at MotorVision in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation and customisation of a wide range of car audio and accessory products for our customers in a range of vehicles.
What you'll be doing:
1. Install and configure car audio systems, including speakers, amplifiers, and head units
2. Fit accessories such as reversing cameras, dashcams, UHF radios, immobilizers, sound deadening and other in-car tech
3. Training will be provided on aftermarket vehicle accessory fitting
4. Face to face customer service with technical troubleshooting, advice on products and showing customers how to use the products we provided them
5. Maintain a tidy and organised work environment
6. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
What we're looking for:
1. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
2. Ability to work alone or as part of a small team on bigger projects
3. A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow with the company. The industry is ever evolving and current products and technologies need to be learned
4.
A passion for music and cars in general would help in this role
5. Prior experience with cars would be an advantage but not essential and all training for exactly what we do is provided on the job
6. Open manual driving licence is essential
7. Own basic tools with more specific ones to be provided by the workshop
8. Australian work rights are required for this position

We offer an above award range after probation and training.
8am to 5pm Monday-Thursday with 8am-3pm finishes on Fridays with lunch provided on Fridays too. Rostered on 3 hour Saturday shifts, 2 a month generally.
