A family owned Electrical Components and Spare Parts distributor is seeking a conscientious, energetic person to fulfil Customer Service duties in our busy operation.

The position is permanent fulltime - Monday to Friday - 40 Hours/week.

Successful candidate will be required to report directly to the Office Manager.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Providing product and sales support to all customers

- Providing front line communication and support to all customers

- Preparing quotations and orders as required

- Following up on existing quotes

- Becoming an integral member of the team, building relationships both within the business and external customers

- General administration duties

Skills & Experience:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but NOT essential





- Have good communication skills - both on the phone and via email

- Be prompt and at work on time - with a positive work ethic

- Work well under pressure and have a high attention to detail

- Able to work unsupervised and follow instructions

- Have flexibility with changing tasks

- Must be an Australian permanent resident
