- Please note this permanent opportunity is a 4 day week 10 hour shifts with 30 min lunch and two break times.
- Shift time is from 7am - 5pm
- Training provided
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Comfortable with manual labor, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
- Understanding of production processes in an industrial setting.
- Forklift (FL) license (not mandatory but a bonus).
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Equipment Operation
- Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment to assemble filtration products according to customer specifications.
- Ensure production meets target cycle times and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and support equipment troubleshooting.
- Rotate between multiple workstations every 2 hours to ensure efficiency and skill development.
Delivery & Workflow
- Work collaboratively with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Identify and escalate equipment malfunctions that may impact production.
- Help the team meet daily production and delivery targets to keep costs under control.
Teamwork & Process Improvement
- Communicate effectively with team members and support teams.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvements related to quality, safety, and material flow.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Immediately report any major safety hazards, injuries, or incidents.
- Follow HSE standards, policies, and regulations.
- Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Promote team safety awareness and help identify risks in the work environment.
- Participate in HSE training and continuously improve workplace safety practices.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular quality inspections to minimize defects and cost exposures.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at workstations.
- Ensure all quality control documentation is completed correctly.
