Are you a highly organised coordinator who loves bringing people together, delivering great events and building strong stakeholder relationships?
We're seeking a Regional Coordinator to support the delivery of regional events, member engagement activities, advocacy initiatives and business programs across the Recent England North West region.
This is a varied and rewarding part-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful contribution to the local business community.
Working closely with the Regional Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of regional activities while providing exceptional support to members, stakeholders and partners.
Please note: This is a permanent, part-time role 3-4 days per week.
About the Role
As Regional Coordinator, you'll provide operational, administrative and event coordination support across a broad range of activities, including:
Stakeholder & Member Engagement
- Coordinate meetings and engagement activities with members, local businesses, government representatives and industry stakeholders.
- Respond to member and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support relationship management activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
Events & Programs
- Coordinate the delivery of regional events, workshops, forums, networking functions and business programs.
- Manage registrations, attendee communications, venues, suppliers and event logistics.
- Support speakers, sponsors and stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
- Assist with onsite event delivery and post-event reporting.
Communications & Marketing
- Prepare event invitations, newsletters and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate social media activity and support promotion of regional initiatives.
- Maintain website content and assist with the development of marketing collateral.
Governance & Administration
- Support Regional Advisory Council and stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
- Process invoices, expenses and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and administrative documentation.
About You
You are proactive, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Experience in events coordination, administration, stakeholder engagement or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and Event management systems.
Desired
- Experience in a membership, business, not-for-profit or community-focused organisation.
- Social media, communications or marketing experience.
- Canva, photography or content creation skills.
