THE ROLE

- Provide a travel management experience that is truly unique

- Handle a portfolio of busy corporate clients

- Book flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests

- Provide tailored flight options that best suit clients’ routes and preferences

- Ensure compliance with travel policies

- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided

- Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings when required, including dispute resolution.

- Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers

- Ensure travel requests are actioned within SLAs

- Provide technical support to clients and any financial reports, as requested

- Communicate effectively and efficiently with high profile corporate clients

THE MUST HAVES

- At least 2 years of experience as a corporate travel consultant

- Understanding corporate client travel requests

- Excellent fares knowledge and self-ticketing skills

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Robust problem-solving skills

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Calm and patient in difficult or high-pressure situations

- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Excellent with systems and ability to learn software systems quickly
