About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring products meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Basic fabrication and crate assembly
- Packaging finished products
- Conducting hourly quality checks and recording results
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Routine cleaning, including swarf bag maintenance




- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Identifying and reporting faults, defects, or production issues
- Adhering to WHS, Quality, and Environmental procedures

About You

- Proven experience working 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing or production environment
