As a graduate, you'll be immersed in the daily rhythm of the fresh produce industry, gaining practical exposure to the decisions, relationships and operational activities that keep product moving from growers to customers.
We are seeking a motivated graduate to join Costa Wholesale & Distribution in Epping, Victoria.
This is a permanent full-time graduate opportunity where you'll combine structured development with firsthand exposure across sales, customer service, supply chain operations and business decision-making.
Working alongside experienced sales and operational leaders, you'll gain insights into the relationships and decisions that drive wholesale produce markets, building your understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, pricing strategies and business performance. Operating on a predominantly early morning roster, you'll see how fresh produce moves through the supply chain and reaches customers each day, gaining exposure to a critical part of Costa's operations.

About this position:
As a graduate within Costa Wholesale & Distribution, you'll build experience across customer engagement, business operations and commercial activities while developing a practical understanding of what drives success in the fresh produce industry.
The pace of the wholesale produce market creates constant opportunities to learn and contribute.
You might spend a morning supporting customer orders and analysing sales activity, before working alongside operational teams or participating in customer, grower or supplier engagements later in the day.

About you:
We're looking for graduates who are curious, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to build relationships, solve problems and learn how a fast-moving business operates. You may have recently completed (or be in your final year of) a degree in:
- Agribusiness
- Business
- Commerce
- Marketing
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Agriculture
- Or a related discipline
You will also:
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Have well-developed organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Show initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
- Be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Be eager to learn and develop within a commercial setting
- Work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Be interested in customer relationships, sales and commercial performance
- Be willing and able to work a predominantly early morning roster
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence
- Have full Australian working rights
- Willingness and ability to perform the inherent requirements of the role, including manual handling activities and safely lifting and moving products when required
