About the role
This position offers variety, stability and the chance to be part of a supportive family owned business that values initiative, professionalism and teamwork. You'll work closely with our sales, administration and warehouse teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person
- Process customer orders and complete accurate data entry
- Support the Sales Team with day to day tasks
- Manage telephone, email and online sales enquiries
- Learn and use customer management software
- Produce and print labels using our computerised labelling system
- Work collaboratively across sales, admin and warehouse teams
About you
- Experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or similar
- A mature, professional approach and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence managing competing deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, proactive "can do" attitude
- Sound judgement and problem solving skills
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
