Description

- Partner with project leadership to define Workday implementation scope, complexity and delivery requirements.
- Lead BPMN business process mapping across end-to-end HR processes and value chains.
- Assess integration, interface and data impacts across the HR technology ecosystem.
- Facilitate workshops and gather business, functional, technical and data requirements.
- Translate business requirements into Workday configuration and solution design outcomes.
- Support testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities throughout implementation.
- Provide functional support during hypercare and transition knowledge to operational teams.

Profile

A successful HRIS Senior Business Analyst should have:

- 7+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst.




- Proven hands-on experience delivering Workday implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and functional capabilities.
- Experience with BPMN business process modelling and process optimisation.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience assessing integrations, interfaces, data quality and data remediation requirements.
- Demonstrated experience supporting testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
