We’re a passionate team at Great Beginnings Parmelia, and we’re looking for an experienced, energetic and inspiring Centre Manager to lead our 106-place centre and become an important part of our close-knit community.

We want a leader who genuinely cares about people, quality education and, above all, child safety. Someone who will listen to our team, champion our strengths, inspire us to grow and create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with our families, lead with purpose and help us create a centre where children feel safe, educators feel empowered and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in an early childhood leadership role
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher
- A strong and unwavering commitment to child safety, wellbeing and safeguarding
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- A passion for developing and inspiring your team
- Strong knowledge of the NQF and regulatory requirements
- Energy, positivity and a genuine desire to make a difference
