Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney
Hours: Around 20 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to move full-time as we grow
Working style: Hybrid — we want someone local who can regularly work alongside us in Bondi Junction
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + super (pro rata)

We're flexible on how the 20 hours are structured, but you'll need to be available across the working week to keep client communication and projects moving.

About Gorilla Rep

We are a small but growing digital marketing agency specialising in SEO and Google Ads for Australian tradies.

We're currently a team of 3 and looking to grow quickly over the next 12–24 months.

We're not a big corporate agency. We move quickly.

We don't care about looking busy or writing 'Kind regards' in emails. We care about doing good work with valuable people, keeping it real and getting results for our clients.

We're looking for someone local who wants to come in, work closely with the founder and grow with the agency.

The Role

You'll sit between our clients and our digital marketing specialists to make sure everything keeps moving and clients know whats happening.

Our SEO and Google Ads specialists handle the technical execution. You'll help coordinate the work, quality check it, communicate with clients and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You don't need to be an SEO or Google Ads expert, but you should already have experience in digital marketing and understand the basics. We'll teach you how we do things at Gorilla Rep.

You do need to be sharp, organised, great with clients and confident enough to question something when it doesn't look right.

Day to day, you'll:

- Manage day-to-day client communication

- Coordinate work between clients and our SEO/Google Ads team

- Review work before it's sent to clients

- Send deliverables and explain them in plain English





- Get and chase client approvals

- Keep projects, tasks and deadlines moving

- Help prepare client reports and meetings

- Handle straightforward client questions

- Onboard new clients

- Spot when something doesn't look right and get it fixed

- Generally make sure things get done without needing to be chased

Who We're Looking For

Agency experience would be ideal.

You might currently be a Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Coordinator, Account Coordinator or Junior Account Manager and want more responsibility and room to grow.

We're looking for someone who:

- Communicates extremely well

- Is organised and good at juggling multiple priorities

- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

- Has strong attention to detail

- Is comfortable dealing directly with clients

- Is curious and wants to understand how SEO and Google Ads work

- Can work independently but isn't afraid to ask questions

- Wants to grow with a small business rather than disappear into a huge agency

Experience with SEO, Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console or agency reporting is a bonus, but we're more interested in the right person than someone who ticks every technical box.

Where This Could Go

We're starting this role at around 20 hours per week, but we don't expect it to stay there for long.

We're growing quickly, and for the right person there's a real opportunity to move full-time by the end of the year and grow into a bigger role within Gorilla Rep.

That could mean owning client accounts, moving into Digital Strategy, or eventually helping lead the team as we grow.

You'll be working directly with the founder and getting hands-on exposure to clients, SEO, Google Ads and the day-to-day of building a growing agency.
