Big4 Rules Beach Holiday Park, opened just over two years ago, has developed into a “state of the art” caravan and glamping park consistently receiving 5-star reviews. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated couple to join the onsite management team and develop their career at an award-winning park.

The current managers are highly experienced and committed to exceeding guest expectations. They’re looking for a couple to join them as Assistant Managers, bringing fresh energy and a combination of strong computer skills, marketing expertise and practical skills. In return, they’ll happily share their wealth of knowledge and provide the support you need to succeed.

Ideally, the successful couple will have:

- Exceptional customer service, sales & public relations skills.
- Willingness to respond to customer's needs with excellent problem-solving ability.




- Knowledge of Newbook or similar PMS booking software.
- Computer literacy and strong administrative skills
- Skills in marketing
- Robust practical skills in landscaping, property & facilities maintenance.
- Ability to maintain and service equipment, including plant and power tools.
- Ability to maintain the park buildings and glamping tents.
- Excellent organisational & time management skills.
- Enthusiasm & attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- Enjoyment of living in a remote location

Competitive remuneration provided (ABN required). 12 month contract with the option to extend. You will need to provide your own van to live (powered site provided).
