An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a highly regarded ultra-luxury custom home builder/developer delivering architecturally designed projects across South East Queensland.

This role is suited to a Site Manager who takes pride in quality and has experience delivering technically complex luxury homes from structure through to handover.

As a Site Manager, you will require:
- Proven experience delivering luxury custom homes
- Suspended concrete / suspended slab experience is essential
- Experience delivering complex architectural residential projects
- Strong subcontractor and trade management skills




- Excellent understanding of programming and construction sequencing
- High attention to detail across structures, finishes and handover
- Strong focus on quality, programme and WHS

Opportunity:

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of an ultra-luxury custom home, managing trades, subcontractors, programme, quality and safety through to completion.

These are highly detailed, architecturally designed homes requiring an experienced Site Manager who understands the expectations of the top end of the residential market.
