At Phat Brew Club, we’re brewing more than just beer – we’re brewing a Culture of Valuable Times. We’re on the hunt for a driven and passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen crew on a casual basis.

The Role

- Position: Casual Chef De Partie

- Location: Phat Brew Club, 102 Railway St, West Perth (next to City West Train Station)

- Hours: 30 - 38 hours per week, including evenings & weekends

- Perks: On-site parking, HIGA award-rate pay, train station right across the road

As a Chef de Partie , you’ll be hands-on in all areas of the kitchen – from prep to plating – working closely with our Head Chef and team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our award-winning beers. This is the perfect role for a chef who wants to learn, level up, and be part of a fast-growing brewpub.

What You’ll Do

- Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service

- Maintain kitchen standards of quality, hygiene, and safety

- Learn and master each section of the kitchen

- Support with events, specials, and high-volume service

- Bring energy, passion, and teamwork to every shift

We’re Looking for a Chef Who Is:

- Versatile across fryers, pans, and grills (bonus if you’ve got wood-fire experience)

- Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment with a passion for quality

- Excited by rotating specials, bold flavours, and menu contribution
